Prajoy Kadkade is a dedicated and diligent ear, nose and throat doctor serving the communities of Sunnyside, NY. Having trained in engineering at M.I.T., Dr. Kadkade aims to provide innovative care with many of the latest techniques and treatments available. Dr. Kadkade earned his medical degree from the University of California, San Francisco. He completed his residency training in Otorhinolaryngology / Head and Neck Surgery at New York Presbyterian Hospital the University Hospitals of Columbia Presbyterian and Cornell Medical Centers and Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center.

Dr. Kadkade is on staff at multiple hospitals including Northshore-Long Island Jewish Hospitals, NYU-Winthrop University Hospital in Mineola, Nassau University Medical Center, South Nassau Communities Hospital, New York Presbyterian Hospitals in Queens, and Harlem Medical Center in Manhattan. He is also Assistant Professor of Surgery at Columbia University.

Dr. Kadkade is board certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology.He is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons, the American Academy of Otolaryngology / Head and Neck Surgery, and the American Association of Otolaryngic Allergy.

Dr. Kadkade is multi-lingual (including Spanish). His awareness of different languages makes him accessible to patients from a variety of cultural backgrounds. In addition to serving his patients while Director of the North Shore University Hospital Department of Otolaryngology and Communicative Disorders , Dr. Kadkade founded the Laboratory for Laryngeal Electrophysiology Clinical Testing. He was featured on the Learning Channel show, “That’s Gotta Hurt” for discussion of his reconstruction of complex facial trauma. He has provided charity surgical care to impoverished communities in the Philippines.
